Performance Characteristics
1. Adopting serialized and modularized design, the transmission ratio covers a wide range and the grading is fine;

Main materials
1. Box: HT250 high-strength cast iron. Shot-type inner cavity, effectively reduce the wear of parts;
2. Gear: 20CrMo high-quality alloy steel, carbonitriding treatment (fine grinding to maintain the tooth surface hardness HRC60);
3. Flat key: 45 steel, surface hardness HRC50.
Reducer efficiency
1. Due to the use of high-precision gears, oil seals and bearings, friction is effectively reduced, and the inter-stage efficiency of gear transmission can reach 97%;
2. In some installation methods, the gears of input stage are completely immersed in lubricating oil, and the churning loss must be taken into consideration for the case of large seat number and high input speed.

1. Ambient temperature -40 ~50℃ (the lubricating oil needs to be heated up to 0℃ when starting below 0℃;
